Typical ProPart advisory services engagement model will use a 2-Phase and 7- Step methodology in executing the project:

Phase-I: Design and Development
  • Study existing systems and procedures relating to activities identified in the engagement scope to make an assessment of the present status.
  • Develop/modify systems for activities identified in the engagement scope.
  • Discuss with related personnel, suggestions for change, modifications and improvements to the Current System 
  • Discuss with the top management the recommendations for action.
  • Present the draft Procedures and Systems

Phase-II: Implementation

  • Facilitate implementation of the System
  • Revise and submit the final procedures, systems and templates to reflect any issues arising in the implementation
  • Members of the ProPart's engagement team would visit the client offices/ plants as required to understand the operations in depth and interact with the personnel for the purpose.
